Terms of Service

These terms are the agreement between you and HTBT for using the app. By creating an account or using HTBT, you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

Who can use HTBT

You must be at least 13 years old and able to form a binding agreement. You’re responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping access to your device secure.

Your content

You own the photos you take. You grant HTBT a limited license to store, process, and display your content to the people in your rolls (and via any album link a host creates) so the app can work. You’re responsible for the content you share and confirm you have the right to share it.

Community rules — zero tolerance for objectionable content

HTBT has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior. You agree not to upload, share, or send content that is:

• sexually explicit, pornographic, or featuring nudity;
• violent, graphic, or glorifying harm;
• harassing, hateful, threatening, or bullying toward any person or group;
• illegal, or that depicts or promotes illegal activity;
• another person’s private or identifying information shared without consent;
• spam, scams, or impersonation.

By using HTBT you also agree there is no tolerance for abusive users. Engaging in this behavior may result in immediate removal of content and termination of your account.

Reporting, blocking, and moderation

Every photo can be reported from inside the app, and any user can be blocked so you never see their content again. We review reports and act on objectionable content and the users who post it within 24 hours — removing the content and ejecting or banning the user as appropriate. Ending your use

You can stop using HTBT and delete your account at any time (email [email protected]). We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or put others at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

HTBT is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Some jurisdictions don’t allow these limits, so parts may not apply to you.

Apple’s standard EULA

If you downloaded HTBT from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies, and these terms are in addition to it. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.

Changes

We may update these terms; we’ll revise the date above and surface significant changes in the app. Continuing to use HTBT means you accept the updated terms.
